Welcome to the Plastic recycling center and ideas hub for circular economy.
Green Machines Lab is an innovative green initiative created to reduce the amount of plastic waste ending in landfill.
Our main focus is to offer plastic recycling solutions to businesses and organizations that need to reuse or dispose of their plastic waste in an environmentally friendly manner.
Daily thousands of tons of plastics end as waste; wouldn't it be amazing if that plastic could be used again and again?
Green Machines Lab is here to help reach that goal by recycling all of that plastic and the most amazing part, all our operations are based in Western Australia.
We are 100% committed to divert all plastic waste from landfill and give such plastic a new life.
Think smart, think green: Recycle!
Environmentally Friendly Services For a Cleaner Planet
Currently, we can reprocess plastic waste from manufacturing businesses to so that they can reuse it as a raw material in their own process. The waste material, depending on the needs of the client, will be reduced in size (shredded and crushed), then washed and dried to the required standards.
Here at Green Machines Lab, we have the machinery necessary to convert your huge pieces of waste plastic into small fragments that can easily be reinserted into the production process. We give you the opportunity to reuse your own material while maintaining the quality of your product and helping the environment at the same time.
In other words, you reuse your own raw material instead of discarding it, improving your production and pollution indicators (going hand in hand with the Australian Waste Strategy 2030) right here in Western Australia, while supporting the circular economy.
We mainly process the following plastic waste:
Low-Density Polyethene (LDPE), High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET), Polypropylene (PP), Polyvinyl chloride (PVC), Polystyrene (PS), Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), , Polycarbonate (PC) and others.
Green Machines Lab has facilities with floor space of 350 m2 in Perth, Western Australia.
Our factory currently has an installed processing capacity of 650 Metric Tonnes per year.
